Withdrawal Form
If you have changed your mind about a piece, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This page explains how, and gives you the standard form you may use.
Your Right of Withdrawal
The period
You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.
The period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in several parts, it runs from the day you receive the last part. You may also withdraw at any time before the goods are dispatched.
How to exercise it
To withdraw, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, sent to:

You may use the model form below, but you are not obliged to — a letter or an email in your own words is equally valid. Please include your order number so that we can identify the order quickly.
To meet the deadline, it is enough that you send your statement before the 14-day period expires. We will confirm receipt by email without delay.
Effects of withdrawal
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision.
Where you chose a delivery method more expensive than our cheapest standard option, we reimburse the cheapest standard cost. Where you return part of an order and keep the rest, the original delivery cost is not reimbursed.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earlier.
Send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch them before that period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how we assess this.

Faulty or Incorrect Pieces
This form is for changing your mind. If a piece is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, you have separate rights that last two years from delivery and do not require this form — write to us and see Part B of our Returns & Refunds Policy.
