Contacting Us

Email is our contact channel for all matters — orders, complaints, withdrawal from a contract and data protection requests. We answer Monday to Saturday, 9:00–19:00 CET, excluding Polish public holidays, and we confirm receipt of every message.

We do not operate a customer telephone line. Written contact allows us to respond to each enquiry accurately and gives both sides a durable record of the correspondence. You may also use the form on our Contact page.
