Wool is delicate and should be entrusted to professional cleaning services to avoid shrinkage or distortion.
Air between wears
Allow your coat to breathe between uses. Hang it in a well-ventilated space away from direct sunlight.
Store mindfully
Use a wide wooden or padded hanger to maintain shape. During the off-season, store in a breathable garment bag — never plastic.
Avoid frequent cleaning
Italian wool doesn't require constant washing. Spot-clean minor marks gently with a damp cloth.

What size should I choose?
Zoye runs true to size — match your usual coat size to the bust, waist and hip ranges in the Size Guide. If you fall between two sizes, we'd size up, so you can layer a jumper underneath comfortably.
Is Zoye warm enough for winter?
Yes. Zoye is designed for cold-season wear and is comfortable in temperatures from +10°C down to -10°C, depending on layering.
What does the fabric feel like — will it itch?
It's 100% virgin wool from an Italian mill, finished to be soft rather than coarse. Most people find it comfortable over a shirt or knit; if you're sensitive to wool, we'd still recommend a light layer underneath.
How long is the coat?
Zoye sits below the hip — long enough to feel substantial and keep you warm, short enough to move freely in and wear over dresses or trousers alike.
Does it feel heavy?
It has real weight, yes — that's part of what gives European wool its warmth and its drape. This is a substantial coat, not a light layer for mild days.
Is it for everyday wear or more of an occasion piece?
Both. Zoye was designed to move between office, travel and evenings out without ever looking out of place — one coat that covers all of it.
Will the black fade or turn grey over time?
Well-cared-for wool holds its depth of colour for years. Avoid harsh detergents, keep it out of direct sun when drying, and have it dry cleaned rather than washed at home.
Does it pill?
Some pilling under the arms or where a bag strap sits is normal for any natural wool fibre — it isn't a fault. A cashmere comb removes it gently; details are in our care guide.

Can I return it if the size isn't right?
Yes — you have 14 days to change your mind, no reason needed, and we refund the price along with standard delivery. Return postage is yours. Try it on as you would in a fitting room.

In-stock sizes are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days, then 2–5 business days across the EU. Pre-order pieces are dispatched within 14 business days.
